Growing up listening to "Lil Wayne, Jay- Z, Outkast & Justin Timberlake with a mix of the streets of Akron inspired his style of music. being on both sides of the tracks, his mother was in and out of jail and his father who recently passed away was a Baptist preacher . " Flames OhGod" is One of the biggest things coming out of Ohio. Flames OhGod has been featured in The Source Magazine, OkPlayer. his Music was even featured on MTV and has won several awards all around the country.
He also opened up for Bone Thugs, MGK, Mozzy, T.I., Luke Nasty, J.Holiday Twista, Lil Boosie, Ludacris & Many More. Flames OhGod has collaborated with Yo Gotti, Gucci Mane, Project Pat, Doobie, Teejay3k and along list of others.
Flames Released "2Step", a single featured on a album called " Straight Outta Da Crackhouse" which gained a buzz locally on college radio stations in 2005. it also got the attention of Mark Limicka of Jive Records and after the song was stolen and gave to "Ciara" Flames stop recording music for years after that.
but his passion for music didn't stop . he focused on being a battle rapper, winning over fans and gaining recognition on college campuses. After building a crowd up he decided to record music again. Dropping mixtapes on industry beats and passing them out and forming his own label "Strictly Street Music Group" with childhood friends who all at one time we're runaways.
Flames has been Releasing multiple projects throughout the years but most recently he came up with his own unique sound with a high pitch voice and melodic sounds on heavy bass and the fans around the country are going wild! his last project "Last Night at the Trump Hotel" streamed over 100,000 streams. he has been on tours and has ohio on the radar.
